Sec 370
Sec370 - This security budget plan is for a gas station with a mini market, this store has not be robbed nor has any breach of security has happened due to the great security that it has, but as we all know even the most secured places at some point can have a breach of security. This Gas station is located near Kings Island off of I-71 north of Cincinnati Ohio. This part of town is the biggest tourist attraction and is home to the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. The Station has a pump island and a mini market that has a hotel across from it. There are 11 employees, who are employed for the service station, 2 managers and 9 clerks, the Gas station is a 24 hour establishment.
Sec 370 - Current outdated Security Layout
Sec390 - The Gas station has security cameras that are placed in key places in and around the store and the parking lot including the pumps to prevent drive offs. Other security features are parking lot lights, a security officer that is on patrol during the night time, door censors, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The front office is where the manger sits and there is a two way mirror so that he/she can see what is going on out side. The Gas station has been open for 17 years and the experience that the manager has had is that the night shift is more venerable to a security breach then the day shift. The only thing is that the equipment is out of date and requires a lot of maintenance to keep the equipment functioning properly.
General Information
Sec 390 - This paper has a floor plan design for the mini market and the outside pump island, a list of possible threats and risks with countermeasures to ensure proper security is assessed covering all possible security breaches and gaps in the security of the Gas station.
